Your Daily Blessing

If we choose to remain as we, fear that change is painful, we live with fear.

When the heart weeps for what is lost, the spirit laughs for what it has found.

Learn to trust that part of the mind that you can't see.

The subtle parts of your mind will speak to you if you keep quiet long enough to let them.
